Your privacy matters.
This Privacy Policy explains what information Audlle collects, why we collect it, how we use it and the choices available to you when you use the Audlle mobile application and related services.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use Audlle, the information we collect may include information you provide directly, information created through your activity in the app, information from your device and information collected with your permission.
App permissions
Audlle may request device permissions only when they are required to provide specific app functionality. Your device operating system allows you to approve or deny these permissions.
You can control device permissions through your device settings. Disabling a permission may prevent the related Audlle feature from working correctly.
Precise location information
With your permission, Audlle may access your precise device location. This is more specific than an approximate location.
We use location information for purposes such as completing your profile setup, recording the location associated with your profile where applicable and improving the relevance of profiles recommended to you.
You can revoke Audlle's location permission through your device settings. Some location-based features may become unavailable or less relevant after permission is disabled.
Messages, photos, videos and voice recordings
Audlle provides communication features that allow users to exchange in-app messages and, where supported, photos, videos and voice recordings.
When you choose to send this content, Audlle processes and stores the content as necessary to deliver the chat service, make the conversation available to its participants, maintain the service and support safety, security and abuse-prevention functions.
Photos and videos may also be uploaded for your profile or shared through Audlle's Moment feature.
How we use your information
We may use information collected through Audlle to:
- Create, maintain and operate your Audlle account.
- Authenticate users and protect account access.
- Create and display your profile.
- Provide profile discovery and recommendation features.
- Use location and profile information to improve profile recommendations.

How information may be shared
Some information is shared with other Audlle users as part of the functionality you choose to use. For example, information included in your profile or a Moment may be displayed to other users according to Audlle's functionality and your applicable privacy settings.
Messages and media you intentionally send through chat are made available to the recipient or participants of that conversation.
Audlle may also use trusted infrastructure, authentication, hosting, storage, notification, security or other service providers where necessary to operate the app. These providers may process information on Audlle's behalf for the relevant service purpose.
Information may also be disclosed where required by law, to respond to lawful requests, protect users, enforce our policies or protect the rights and security of Audlle and others.
Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Audlle, maintain your account, support the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, meet security requirements and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Retention periods may differ depending on the type of information, why it was collected and whether it is required for safety, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or legal compliance.
When your information is no longer required, we may delete, anonymize or otherwise securely dispose of it, subject to applicable requirements.
Security
Audlle uses administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect account information and reduce the risk of unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or loss.
Device information, IP addresses, access information and activity records may be used to detect suspicious activity and help protect Audlle accounts and systems.
No internet-based service or storage system can guarantee absolute security. Users should also protect access to their devices and Audlle accounts.
