Terms of Use.
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Audlle mobile application, website and related services. By accessing or using Audlle, you agree to comply with these Terms and our applicable policies.
Agreement to these Terms
By creating an Audlle account, accessing Audlle or using any Audlle feature, you agree to these Terms of Use and any policies incorporated by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use Audlle.
Eligibility
You may use Audlle only if you satisfy the minimum age requirements applicable to the service and your location, and if you are legally permitted to enter into these Terms.
You must provide accurate information about your age and identity where requested. You must not attempt to bypass eligibility restrictions by providing false information.
Your account
You are responsible for the information associated with your Audlle account and for activity performed through your account.
- Provide accurate account and profile information.
- Keep access to your device and account secure.
- Do not sell, transfer or misuse another person's Audlle account.
- Do not impersonate another person or create an account intended to deceive or harm others.
- Notify Audlle if you believe your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization.
Account and privacy controls may be available through the Audlle app under the Account section. Additional information is available at Manage Account .
Acceptable use
Audlle is intended for lawful social discovery, communication and interaction. You must not misuse the service or use it in a manner that harms other people, Audlle or its systems.
- Do not harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate or abuse other users.
- Do not engage in fraud, scams, phishing or deceptive behavior.
- Do not use Audlle to facilitate illegal activity.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, servers, systems or data.
- Do not interfere with, disrupt or intentionally overload Audlle services.
- Do not use automated systems to scrape, spam or abuse Audlle unless specifically authorized.
- Do not attempt to evade blocks, suspensions or enforcement actions.
User-generated content
Audlle may allow you to create profiles, upload photos and videos, share Moments, send messages, record voice messages and create other user-generated content.
You are responsible for the content you submit and must have the right to create, upload, share or transmit that content.
User-generated content must comply with the Audlle UGC Policy .
Your content remains your responsibility
Audlle may provide the technical tools used to host, store or transmit user content, but you remain responsible for ensuring that your content is lawful, appropriate and does not violate another person's rights.
Safety and prohibited behavior
Audlle does not permit content or behavior involving child sexual exploitation, abuse, grooming, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, serious threats or other harmful conduct prohibited by our policies.
You must comply with the Child Safety Policy and other applicable Audlle safety requirements.
Audlle may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts or terminate accounts where safety policies are violated.
Privacy
Audlle may collect and process information such as account information, profile details, precise location, device information, app interactions, messages, photos, videos and voice recordings as described in our Privacy Policy.
Your use of Audlle is also subject to the Privacy Policy , which explains how information may be collected, used, stored and protected.
Audlle intellectual property
Audlle, its branding, logos, software, interface, designs, graphics, features and related materials may be protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.
Except where expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, resell or create derivative works from Audlle services or proprietary materials.
Third-party services
Audlle may rely on or connect with third-party services such as authentication, cloud infrastructure, notifications, app stores or other technical providers.
Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Audlle is not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
Suspension and restrictions
Audlle may temporarily suspend an account, restrict access to features or limit activity when necessary to investigate suspected violations, protect users, maintain security or enforce these Terms.
Suspensions or restrictions may also occur where we detect suspicious account activity, abuse, fraud, repeated policy violations or other conduct that may create risk.
Account termination
Audlle may terminate an account when there are serious or repeated violations of these Terms, the UGC Policy, Child Safety Policy or other Audlle rules.
You may also deactivate or manage your account using options available through the Audlle app.
Certain information may be retained after termination where required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance or other legitimate purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
Service availability and disclaimers
Audlle is provided on an "as available" basis. We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee that every feature will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.
Features may be changed, improved, removed or made unavailable from time to time as Audlle develops.
Audlle does not guarantee that interactions, recommendations, profiles or connections will result in any particular outcome or relationship.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Audlle and its operators will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential or similar losses arising from your use of the service where such liability may lawfully be limited.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
Changes to these Terms
Audlle may update these Terms as our services, policies or legal requirements change.
Updated Terms will be published on this page. Continued use of Audlle after updated Terms become effective may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by applicable law.
